These terms apply when you access or use the Rinpe online store. “Rinpe,” “we,” and “us” refer to Rinpe, an independent online retailer. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, Rinpe does not claim to manufacture the products offered or to be affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party brand. By using the store, you agree to these terms and applicable law.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, measurements, colors, availability, and prices are presented as accurately as we can. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Review each product page for its specifications and care details. An order is subject to acceptance and availability. We may correct an error or cancel an order when permitted by law; if payment was taken for a canceled order, we will promptly refund it to the original payment method. If you ask to cancel before shipment and we accept the cancellation, we will cancel the order and promptly refund any payment to the original method; no return is required for goods that have not shipped. Contact us promptly because a cancellation or change may no longer be possible after fulfillment or shipment begins.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the order total are shown before you place the order. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment processing is handled by the selected payment provider. See our Payment Information.
Shipping, returns, and privacy
If a shipment cannot meet its promised time, we will notify you and allow you to choose a new delivery time or cancel for a prompt refund as required by applicable law. If an order has not shipped and we accept your cancellation request, we will promptly refund payment to the original method; no return is required for goods that have not shipped. Shipping, return eligibility, and order issue procedures are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy. If we send a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially different item, Rinpe remains responsible for addressing the issue under the Refund and Return Policy and applicable law. Rinpe does not offer exchanges, and a replacement is not the only remedy available under applicable law. A change-of-mind return condition does not limit applicable rights or remedies for those order issues. Our Privacy Policy explains information practices.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law. Store text, design, and brand materials are owned by or used with permission by their respective rights holders. You may not copy or exploit them without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers and liability
The store and its content are provided as available and to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer-protection laws, including rights that cannot legally be waived. To the extent permitted by law, Rinpe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from store use. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be excluded.
